The end of the Adama Traoré soap opera seems closer and closer. It has now been several weeks since the 25-year-old winger was announced on the departure of Wolverhampton, where he is not one of the first choices in the eyes of Bruno Lage, as evidenced by his 10 tenures only this season in the Premier League. FC Barcelona, which is already looking for a replacement for Ousmane Dembélé, but especially Tottenham, are the hottest leads for the Spanish international (8 caps).
However, it is indeed the Spurs who should win the bet in this case. Our colleagues from The Athletic say Wolves and Tottenham are closing in on a deal for Adama Traore. The club trained by Antonio Conte has also submitted a second offer, thus coming very close to the nearly 24 M€ claimed by the residents of the Molineux Stadium. Traoré, whose contract runs until 2023 with Wolverhampton, is therefore preparing to discover a new challenge after his arrival from Middlesbrough in 2018, in exchange for 20 M€.
