The 40-day fidau prayer for late former Nigeria coach and NFF Technical Director, Shuaibu Amodu, will hold on July 20, the family has disclosed.
Amodu, 58, died on June 10, 2016, in Benin.
According to a statement by the former BCC Lions of Gboko manager’s family, the Fidau prayer will hold at his country home in Okpella, Edo State.
The fidau prayer for the Super Eagles two-time Cup qualifying coach, will begin by 10.oo am at his residence opposite Okpella Central Market, off Auchi/Okene Highway.
Amodu died two days after the death of another former Nigeria coach, Stephen Keshi.
The remains of late Shuaibu Amodu was committed to mother earth same day according to Islamic rite.
The eight-day fidau prayer was held on June 18, 2016.
