Dangote Refinery has reduced the Premium Motor Spirit ex-depot price to N835 from N865 per litre.
The refinery located in Lagos State informed its customers in a statement on Wednesday morning.
The development indicated a fresh decrease of N30 in Dangote Petrol price.
With the latest fuel price reduction, Dangote Refinery partners, such as MRS Oil & Gas, Ardova Plc, Heyden, and others are expected to drop their retail price from N940 per litre to a new price in the coming days.

The development comes as separate documents from the Nigerian Port Authority and the Major Energies Marketers Association of Nigeria showed that marketers secured regulatory approval to import 117,000 metric tonnes equivalent to 156.897 million litres—of petrol within eight days, from April 8 to 16, 2025, to boost fuel supply nationwide.
INFORMATION NIGERIA learnt that the continued price drop is related with the full implementation of Naira-for-Crude agreement with local refiners after an earlier suspension.
Recall that Ministry of Finance disclosed this in a statement published last week.
The statement followed a meeting on Tuesday between the Minister of Finance, Wale Edun, and representatives from Dangote Refinery, a major beneficiary of the agreement to review progress and address ongoing implementation issues.
