Renowned controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola often known as Portable has been arrested by the Nigeria Police.
The incident was brought to light through a video shared on Instagram on Sunday, in which the singer can be seen in a car surrounded by officers.
In the footage, Portable explained that he was on a live video when the police arrived and claimed his arrest was due to a petition filed against him from Ilorin, Kwara State.

He said, “I was doing live video when they (police) came, they said it’s from Ilorin that I have a petition”
The video quickly gained attention online, with many concerned viewers sharing their thoughts in the comment section.
As of the time of filing this report, the police have yet to release an official statement regarding Portable’s arrest.
