Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the price of its premium motor spirit (PMS) from ₦880 to ₦865 per litre.
It was gathered the refinery informed its marketers and distributors about the new price on Thursday.
INFORMATION NIGERIA learnt that the adjustment is coming amid ongoing concerns over high fuel costs and its impact on inflation and transportation across the country.

The reduction follows a meeting held on Tuesday between representatives of the Dangote Refinery and the Minister of Finance, Wale Edun.
Following the meeting, federal government reaffirmed that the naira-for-crude oil policy remains in place, describing it not as a temporary intervention but as a key policy directive designed to support sustainable local refining.
