Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has taken a swipe at fellow artiste Joeboy after he lost a N3 million bet backing Real Madrid to defeat Arsenal in the first leg of their Champions League quarterfinal clash at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.
Just hours before the match, Joeboy had posted a screenshot showing he placed a bet on Real Madrid to defeat the home side.
Had Real Madrid triumphed over Arsenal, Joeboy stood to win N10.3 million. However, the Gunners’ 3-0 win over the Spanish giants saw the singer lose the entire bet.

Sharing the bet slip via X, Joeboy wrote: “Cashing out on Arsenal tears tonight!”
After the match, Adekunle Gold reposted Joeboy’s tweet and wrote, “Lmao. You don go blow stream money Next time face your club.”
