Suspended Kogi State lawmaker, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has called on Nigerians to hold Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Governor Usman Ododo, and former governor, Yahaya Bello responsible if anything happen to her.
Senator representing Kogi Central, in a statement on Tuesday, via her Facebook page, led this out ahead of her homecoming event with her constituents.
She said: “My dear people of Kogi Central, I look forward to our peaceful Sallah celebrations today.

“However, should we be met with or infiltrated by violence, Nigerians should hold Gov Òdodo, Yahaya Bello & SP Godswill Akpabio wholly responsible.”
INFORMATION NIGERIA reports that the development is coming, following a restriction order made by Kogi State government on Monday, over public gatherings and rallies.

Recall that Governor Ododo’s led administration had earlier announced a curfew in Senator Natasha’s constituency.
The government also stopped fishing and other activities, arguing that they recently resulted in the loss of two lives in Kasemiya, Katubo and Umozu Ette, all in Kogi Local Government Area in Kogi West.
The Commissioner for Information, Kingsley Fanwo noted that the move was to prevent any form of security breach that might destabilise the state.
