At least two yet to be identified customs officers, including a villager have been killed by gunmen, suspected to be Lakurawa terrorists at Bachaka, a border community in Argungu Local Government Area of Kebbi State.
Confirming the horrible incident to newsmen on Wednesday, Spokesman for Kebbi State Police Command, Nafiu Abubakar, disclosed that the criminal elements attacked the village on Tuesday.

Abubakar said: “Yes, there was an attack, which resulted in the killing of two yet-to-be-identified Customs officers and one native of Bachaka village.”
Meanwhile, Kebbi State Commissioner of Police, Sani Bello, who visited the scene on Wednesday, reaffirmed the commitment of security forces in facing criminal.
He said: “These sporadic attacks are signs of desperation from a weakened force. Our sustained onslaught will continue until they are completely decimated.”
