Gracious Brown, the sister of popular crossdresser James Brown, is celebrating his birthday amid their fallout.
Taking to her Instagram page, Gracious shared throwback photos of them as she stated that she still cherishes all the memories they made together, despite their fallout. Gracious prayed that James has an incredible day filled with happiness and success and hopes he enjoys the day.

Kemi Filani reported in May, last year that James Brown had publicly disowned his sister, Gracious Brown. Issuing a public statement, he claimed that Gracious had supported his house neighbour and his wife to assault him. James Brown recounted the incident and how Gracious invited his attackers to a private party to assault him with a promise to share more information later.
Following the incident, Gracious moved out of the house that they rented, and refuted the claims of being involved in any attack against him. Out of respect for her elder brother and the mother they share, Gracious refused to speak too much about the matter. She, however, asked for time to heal as she assured online users that she would still speak on everything at the right time and with evidence.
James later shared a cryptic post, stating that he now understands that there is no family or friends when one becomes famous, as one tends to attract enemies even within their blood. He added that it is part of his life story as he described his incident with his sister, Gracious, as a betrayal.
In a follow-up post, James couldn’t hold back his tears as he spoke about his deteriorated relationship with his sister. In an Instagram live session, he promised to grant interviews to the media house to speak about his ordeal with his sister, who he stated is now dead to him. James noted how he made it in life, and because he didn’t want to see his sister suffering, he empowered her, only for her to turn her back on him.
