Former Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Dakuku Peterside, has declared that he is not supporting Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
INFORMATION NIGERIA reports that Peterside’s statement is coming, amid political crisis in Rivers State.
Recall that Mr. Wike, and former minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, have been in loggerhead over President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

Speaking on Channels TV on Wednesday, Peterside said that he does not belong to Wike’s camp, adding that he aligns with Amaechi.
He said: “I am a friend of Rotimi Amaechi, I am not on the side of Nyesom Wike.
“When Nyesom Wike was governor, recall that I was writing open letters to him consistently, giving him my advice. I did that for some time.
“If Governor Fubara seeks my advice, of course, I am willing to give that, like many governors.”
