“Best decision I ever made” – Charles Okocha declares as he reveals his wedding date

Nollywood actor and rapper Charles Okocha has finally revealed his wedding date.

Kemi Filani reported earlier this week that the rapper had revealed that he was set to tie the knot as he released stunning pre-wedding photos of himself and his wife. The proud husband shared the delightful photos on his Instagram page with the hashtag ‘micharles2024’, without revealing the date.

Now, taking to his Instagram page, Charles shared a video of him and his wife in traditional outfits as he revealed that he would be tying the knot on Saturday, November 9th, 2024.

Gushing over his African Queen, he stated that she was the best decision he ever made.

“Best decision I ever made!! Nov9th”.

Charles Okocha’s wedding will be add to the list of celebrities’ weddings this year. Brother Naija reality star Sir Dee started this month as a married man as he tied the knot to his partner in a lavish ceremony on Friday, November 1st. Many of his co-reality stars were at the wedding. Tacha, Mike Edwards, Elozonam, Esther, Frodd, and more were spotted at the wedding.

A month back, fast-rising Nigerian record producer and songwriter Rexxie Pondabeat and his fiancee officially tied the knot. The lovebirds held the first leg of their wedding, which was their wedding introduction.

Last week, actress Wofai Fada gave her fans a glimpse at her civil wedding. The entertainer, who got traditionally wedded in May in Cross River, had shared photos from her Civil wedding, as she noted how every love is beautiful, however, theirs is her favorite.

In August, Yhemo Lee and Thayour shut down Lagos with their traditional wedding ceremony. 

On Tuesday, June 25th, social media was agog as Davido walked down the aisle with the love of his life and the mother of his three kids, Chioma Adeleke.

Also in June, actress Sharon Ooja got married to her heartthrob in a talk-of-the-town traditional and white wedding ceremony, which had in attendance the likes of Bisola Aiyeola, Funke Akindele, Mercy Eke, and others.

Also in May, singer Paul Okoye had gotten remarried to his model girlfriend, Ivy Ifeoma,, who he traditionally married at a low-key wedding ceremony in her hometown in Igbere, Abia State, with her family to perform the marriage rites.

In March, BBNaija Queen held her wedding introduction in her hometown in Akwa Ibom. Following the wedding introduction, the reality star and her man, David, legally tied the knot at the Federal Marriage Registry, Lagos, with friends, family, and close ones of the couple in attendance.
