Wizkid has responded to the ongoing club drama between himself and Davido, and he did so with a sassy clapback.
The singer took to Twitter to respond to a netizen that questioned why the video of Wizkid leaving the club was only recorded from Davido’s end and not Wizkid’s.
Wizkid responded by saying that they had every right to record because they had seen a superstar, instead of the ‘Toto beggar’ (Davido) that they follow around.
The award singer also threw shade at Israel Dmw, calling him a foolish bastard, in respect to the post Israel had made earlier, shading him.
Davido’s camp has been on Wizkid’s case ever since the video came out, with many of them goading him and taunting him.
Davido’s aide Morgan made a post, insinuating that Wizkid was scared of Davido, and that’s why he walked passed him without saying anything.
In the video circulating the internet, Wizkid could be seen walking out of the club, while Davido and his entourage sat down close by.
This tense interaction between the two singers is the first of its kind, ever since they feuded.
The last feud Wizkid and Davido had can be best described as one-sided because only Wizkid was doing the talking, with Davido’s aides fighting on his behalf.
Seeing Wizkid and Davido completely at peace is as rare as witnessing the Northern lights because of how rare it happens.
In December of 2023, both singers hung out, even going as far as hugging it out while hanging out in a club.
They’ve planned quite a number of songs together, including a tour that never took place because of their constant feuding.
Even when both singers are not at odds, their fans do the fighting on their behalf, often bringing about comparisons, whether it’s based on financial status or singing prowess.
