The video of Speed Darlington’s mother Miss Queen begging Burnaboy for his release has gone viral, and the tone from most netizens isn’t quite emphatic, as a lot of them seem to be in support of the fact that he was arrested, and he should be taught a lesson.
Miss Queen’s plea message to Burnaboy centered on gaining his forgiveness on behalf of her son, who she claims has been in police custody for days. There was no form of defense on her end, as she didn’t insist that her son was innocent, or that he didn’t do anything wrong.
Speed Darlington’s mother seemed really distraught as she called on Nigerians to help her beg Burnaboy on her son’s behalf so she could secure his release.
Although Speed Darlington’s mother seemed shaken by the whole situation, her tears and pleas didn’t seem to touch the hearts of many Nigerians, as they instead made fun of the whole situation.
