Jemima Osunde laments as she experiences intense menstrual pains

Beautiful Nollywood actress Jemima Osunde has lamented online as she goes through extreme menstrual pains.

Jemima Osunde shared a video of herself looking forlorn due to the pains. She spoke about how she had to endure the intense pains for a certain period of time every month.

Speaking about the intensity of the pains, the ebony beauty highlighted some of her period symptoms which include bad aches, mood swings, cravings, midnight snacking and bloating.

She also noted that her gynaecologist is on her speed dial and she is on medication for dysmenorrhea that makes the pain bearable.

Osunde did not forget to send a notice to the male gender on the importance of treating the female with care and consideration due to the pains they experience regularly.

She wrote extensively on Instagram, “Whether it’s your first one or 100th one, periods are annoying! Point blank PERIOD! Just even the concept of ohhhh I’m bleeding not injured or anything, just bleeding will always be WILD to me! See why you need to treat us with care and consideration

My periods this year decided to do “new year new me” with some symptoms. Recap of my last period:

Bach aches from the pit of hell. I went to buy water at the supermarket and had to borrow the retailers chair for a min cause my back couldn’t take a few minutes of standing.

Mood swings. Omg! The sadness sorry to my friends, I’m so sorry to my friends it’s not me, it’s the hormonessss. Moody, don’t feel like talking with a sprinkle of crying.

Cravings!! Lmao! The way I be craving things and feeling like the world might end if I didn’t eat them

Midnight snacking. You people should just pray for my waist. I woke up last week to drink garri with suya I had in the fridge at 1am. Unprovoked. Sent my friend proof on whatsapp so I can use it as a reminder of my offense.

Bloating!!!! This might be the worst one cause it comes with acid reflux. My abdomen distends so much sometimes it’s like I’m in my second trimester of pregnancy

And then when it’s done, I have 2-3 weeks of sanity (if you’re not counting the wahala that comes with ovulation too) before I have to run it back madness!
Trust me, my gynecologist is on speed dial. I’m on medication for dysmenorrhea so this is me having it “easy”.

Shout out to Eve, she should not allow me catch her on the other side
I know I’m not alone sha use my comment section to vent
