I Have No Faith In Peter Obi’s Petition Against Tinubu Because He Doesn’t Have Witnesses -Ihienseken

While Samuel Ihienseken Jnr, a Nigerian Legal Practitioner was talking with the media, he said that the court needs evidence and witnesses for court cases, especially the petitions going on in the tribunals.

He added that Peter Obi doesn’t have the evidences and witnesses required to challenge the outcome of the presidential election in the tribunal. He said “I have no faith in Peter Obi’s petition against Tinubu, and he has no witnesses to back up any claims of electoral malpractices or over voting”.

“It is not possible for Peter Obi to have witnesses all over the country, and the court works with witnesses and evidence”. Samuel Ihienseken Jnr also talked about preventing Tinubu from being sworn into office.

He said “Some people who won elections have been in office while the court case is going on, even Peter Obi had been in power as the governor of Anambra state while his court case was still going on, and he didn’t step down. Why should Tinubu’s own be different?
