Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye has been brought to tears over what a student of the University of Lagos, UNILAG, did to her during their costume day.
Bimbo Ademoye shared a photo of a student who was dressed up as Iya Barakat for the school’s costume day, stating the unknown lady brought her to tears.
The beautiful comic actress revealed her desire to meet the young lady who got her emotional. Bimbo further revealed that the Iya Barakat brand was started as a joke, but she is delighted to know that it has become a household name.
“Pls tag her if you know her. Let her know she brought me close to tears. This beauty showed up as iya Barakat for costume day in unilag. For some reason, this got me so emotional. I started the iya barakat brand as a joke, 1 year later, she’s now a household name bagging nominations and being requested by brands. MASHALLAH.. iya barakat to the world .

Kemi Filani recalls that Bimbo Ademoye revealed her fears when she recounted her scary moment while filming Gangs of Lagos.
Taking to her Instagram page to share BTS (Behind the scenes) from the movie, Bimbo Ademoye revealed that two scenes nearly made her pass out.
She disclosed that she is afraid of heights, but had to film at the topmost top of one of the highest buildings in Isale Eko, which made her question her existence.
Also, she had to scream out her lungs in one of the scenes which made her lose her voice for 5 days.
“Two scenes that nearly made me pass out. I’m so scared of heights, and we had to film at the topmost top of one of the highest buildings in Isale Eko. So the first slide is exactly how I felt. I questioned my existence that day.
