Apostle Johnson Suleman is the founder and presiding cleric of the Auchi-based Omega Fire Ministries. The cleric has taken to his official Facebook page to share the video of a message he delivered on what Satan does when he wants to waste a generation of people.
According to the cleric, from 7:35 of the video, he has revealed in his words that, Satan, in his wickedness, does devise so many means to ensure that people are destroyed—one of the several ways he does use when he wants to destroy a generation is to push people to downplay the power of God in the life of His prophets. When men downplay the power of God and the ability of the gift of the men of God, destruction would come to them suddenly. When Satan wants to waste a generation, he makes the people downplay the gift of men.
As shared by the cleric, he has stressed that any generation where ministers of God are being relegated and downplayed and their gifts and ministry disrespected shall surely be destroyed. The cleric has also drawn an example from the incident that happened in Samaria during the time of dearth that ravaged the land for many years. Prophet Elisha then came and prophesied the plans of God in that, there shall be an abundance ance of the provisions of food and other things by God.
According to the cleric, prophet Elisha revealed that things would be plentiful and cheap. But, an officer of the king of Israel doubted the prophecy. He did not only doubt the prophecy but also said it is not possible even if God move to make it happen. The man witnessed the fulfilment of the prophecy but he did not benefit from it, he perished in the midst of it.
Also, as revealed by the cleric, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, the destruction of the people in the generation of Noah was that the people then doubted the gifts of God’s prophets. They took their prophecies for granted, and what happened to them remains forever in history. Their destruction became the most popular of destructions.
