Nigerian actor, John Okafor who is widely known as Mr. Ibu has reacted after he and some of his colleagues in the movie industry were lambasted for allegedly endorsing All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to become president in 2023.
It could be recalled that Mr. Ibu as well as Foluke Daramola, Harry B, and some other Nollywood stars were seen in a viral video praising Bola Tinubu while sitting around a conference table.

Nigerians never spared them as they subjected them to massive harsh words and this has prompted him to come out and defend himself.
In his defense, he stated that former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has really done marvelous things for him.
He added that due to the above reason, he can’t ditch Atiku and follow emphatically revealing that Atiku is his candidate.
To make himself clearer, he stated that the Enugu State Governor even flew him abroad for treatment when he was sick so he can’t disappoint all these PDP figures by campaigning for Tinubu.
He, however, failed to explain why he was praising Tinubu in the video. Watch him in the video below;
