Prophet Peter K of Christ Impact Church has been arrested just hours after authorities launched a manhunt for him following multiple disturbing allegations against him.

Why was Prophet Peter K arrested?
Prophet Peter K had been under intense scrutiny for the past weeks after several accusations surfaced, alleging that he made inappropriate advances towards young men.
Media reports have now emerged, alleging that one of the earliest accusations against Prophet Peter K came from a Nakuru-based man in his 30s.
The man claimed that in May 2022, the preacher lured him into his car with alcohol.

After consuming the drink, the man lost consciousness and later woke up in severe pain, allegedly finding himself being assaulted by the preacher.
Despite his efforts to fight back, the man claimed he was overpowered by Prophet Peter K.
This report prompted authorities to begin pursuing the preacher, but it was not until recent weeks that similar allegations emerged, reigniting the investigation against him.
Recently Pastor Ben Gitau took to TikTok Live accusing Prophet Peter of similar misconduct, stating that the preacher had made forceful advances and engaged in inappropriate acts without consent.
The situation escalated on March 2, when a mob attacked Prophet Peter K’s church in Ruiru.
The outraged mob vandalised the church building in an act of protest. The controversy surrounding the preacher grew further when other individuals came forward with more similar allegations.
In the face of mounting backlash, Prophet Peter K offered an indirect response to the allegations, stating that after consulting with his wife, she advised him to remain firm, and strong, and continue praying through the challenges.
