Controller of Budget (CoB) Margaret Nyakang’o has issued new guidelines on the usage of funds by county governments, State departments, and parastatals.
While appearing before the Senate Finance Committee on Tuesday, Nyakang’o told Senators that her office will, under the new guidelines, ensure that all government institutions refine their strategies and action plans to achieve a wage bill to revenue ratio of 35 percent by June 30, 2028.
