Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has hit out at President William Ruto over his recent tour of the Northeastern region where he bragged about his PhD education status.
During a tour in Garissa County in early February, President Ruto told off government critics, claiming that they lacked the necessary academic credentials to correct him.
