The Interior CS Kithure Kindiki has thanked president William Ruto for coming to thank the people of Tharaka Nithi County after his election. According to Kindiki, Uhuru Kenyatta has never been to Tharaka Nithi since his re-election till his retirement yet they voted him to the last man.

The CS Interior has also affirmed that he would not be a CS today if the people of Tharaka Nithi never voted for president William Ruto.
Kithure Kindiki has urged all leaders to stand together and support president William Ruto to deliver. The Cabinet Secretary has also affirmed that he is going to do everything within his power to ensure that the country is secure.
Kindiki has accused the former president Uhuru Kenyatta for forgetting the people of Tharaka Nithi County during his tenure as president. Kindiki has assured the people that Ruto is a trustworthy leader and a person who has their interest at heart all the times.
