Death is very cruel and it comes without anyone expecting. Once it happens sorrow, grief and sombre mood engulfs family members and friends for the lose of the loved ones.

The late Pope Francis died on Monday this week aged 88 years old and he’s expected to be burried this Saturday at St Peter’s Basilica church after the translation of the body.

According to the reliable source we have with us from the Daily Nation newspaper dated today Thursday 24th April 2025, details have emerged that the late Pope Francis’ coffin will be closed tomorrow Friday 25th after 12 coins have been placed inside.

From the source, the reason why 12 coins will be placed in the coffin is because there is a thin red book written in 1998 and revised in 2024 titled ‘Rites of Burial for Roman Pontiffs’ that will be controlling the events in the Vatican after the death of Pope Francis.

In conclusion, I take this chance to send my heartfelt condolences to all Catholics across the globe and may the soul of the late Pope Francis rest in peace.
