The Ministry of Health, through the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB), has issued a public alert warning Kenyans against the use of certain batches of Paracetamol 1000mg/100ml injection currently circulating in the market over quality concerns.
In a notice on Thursday, PPB CEO Dr. Fred Siyoi revealed that the affected products, manufactured by KamlaAmrut Pharmaceutical LLP in India, exhibited a suspicious colour change, prompting immediate regulatory intervention.
