Mediheal hospital clinic that is located in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu county has been hitting media headlines following the shocking uncover of the human kidney organs trafficking exercise that has been taking place.

According to the reliable source we have with us from the Daily Nation newspaper dated today Friday 18th April 2025, details have emerged that the suspected organs trade at Mediheal hospital were uncovered following an Israeli deal that was taking place in Kenya.

From the source, a global body that tracks human beings organ transplants alerted the Ministry of Health (MoH) in July 20th2023, that there was a suspicious operations at a Kenyan hospital that indicated an organized syndicate of human organs trafficking.

The alert by the global agency to the ministry of health came as a result of Israeli patients who were retuning back to their home country indicated that they had received kidney transplants in Kenya from donors who seemed fictious. This comes after the report of 12 member state committee reported the matter citing that the human kidneys were purchased at a cost of Sh294,000 and sold at Sh3.4 million.
