Fireworks As Alego Usoga MP Blasts Orengo, Warns Him Against Attacks On Ruto Govt.

Alego Usoga MP Samuel Atandi has fored shots at Siaya Governor HJames Orengo against his behavior of attacking President William Ruto’s government.

Speaking on Tuesday in the National Assembly, the furious MP defended Ruto, warning that Orengo should instead concentrate on Siaya County and leave Ruto’s government alone.

He attacked Orengo, terming him as a poor manager who should first sort the mess in his county before poking his noses on matters of national government

He warned Orengo, saying he should not hold Luo Nyanza captives of opposition, saying they are now in government and are even assisting Ruto run the government smoothly. He lashed out at Orengo, saying his attacks on Ruto’s government recently were not only distasteful but also unwarranted.

“We are in government and we are participating in creating policies for this government and we are supporting this government inside and outside parliament. I want to tell my governor, James Orengo that Luos were not created to stay in opposition. When President Ruto was in Siaya for a burial a few days ago, Orengo made some distasteful remarks. I know he has been in opposition since he was born and that there is nothing else he understands rather than opposition. He is a poor manager, the county that he is supposed to run is doing badly and we urge him to concentrate on Siaya county,” he stated

He lauded President Ruto saying his government is currently doing good and things are improving, adding that Orengo should align with Ruto since he always asks him to assist in developing his Siaya County.

“The president is now doing well and is in charge and some of us also hold positions to assist the country in moving forward. Let him stop poking his noses on affairs of National Government. He is interested in affairs of national government and always looking for Ruto to assist him finish these projects. We plead with our members to support Ruto and ODM move this country forward,” he added
