Police in Kithiri, Embu County are investigating the mysterious death of a suspected thief who allegedly died by suicide following a botched robbery attempt in the area.
Antony Mugendi’s lifeless body was discovered hanging from the roof of his house on Thursday morning, a few hours after he and unknown accomplices were reportedly caught stealing macadamia nuts from a local farm.
