President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto made some four changes in his cabinet today. One that left Kenyans scratching their heads was about the sacking of Public Service Cabinet Secretary Hon Justin Muturi, who previously also served as the Attorney General of the Republic of Kenya under President Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza Alliance Government.
CS Justin Muturi has been attacking president Ruto and his Kenya Kwanza Alliance Government for unlawful abductions and killings of youths. He was also one of the casualties given that his son was at one point also abducted but released.
President Ruto has been asked a direct question after making those reshuffles as the following is finally revealed to Kenyans.
According to Saboti Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Caleb Amisi, he asked where are the Orange Democratic Movement Party nominees after the list was dropped.
This is after President Ruto and the former second Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya Hon Raila Amolo Odinga signed a Memorandum of Understanding, a power sharing deal that was supposed to see ODM party have more slots in the cabinet.
