President William Ruto has instituted changes in government to accelerate the implementation of his administration’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).
In a statement signed by Head of Public Service Felix Koskei, Professor Edward Kisiang’ani was appointed as senior advisor and member of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors.
