“The newest mum in town. You know this is my second-born but I try to pretend that it’s the only child I have because people assume that I do not have another child. But there is a glow that comes with motherhood. It is fulfilling. I really wanted this child.”
The senator revealed that her second pregnancy was smooth and she was thankful to the most high for that.

According to her, it was some form of amusement to some to see a senator pregnant.
“We are just clocking two months and we thank God because it truly is a milestone. It wasn’t a difficult pregnancy because I worked till the very last minute and it was nice to experience all the things, the nose. It was also fun to see what people were saying publicly. Apparently, legislators are not supposed to be pregnant. People were like eh, that senator is pregnant? It was a good pregnancy. I had a good support system. and we thank God.”
She also disclosed that she had her kids 17 years apart. She wasn’t ready for her first since she was juggling schoolwork.
Orwoba said that getting a child in her 40s was a bit challenging since she had to check on her supplements.
She warned ladies that getting kids late had its own risks. Orwoba said:
“I feel like my firstborn, I wasn’t ready, I mean I was young which was not a bad thing because you get to experience things differently after that I needed to finish my studies, and then I needed to get into the career space, I need to advance this and time just passed by. It was like 17 years later I am about to clock 40 I need another baby. I worked on it. Suppmenents in the morning, evening. When you are older it is a bit more difficult s get your kids when you are young.”
