Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi has launched a fresh attack on the government for initiating new projects while many others remain stalled.
Appearing before the National Assembly Labour Committee, Muturi criticized the country’s approach to project financing, questioning why new developments continue to be launched while long-standing ones remain incomplete.
