Bishop Anthony Muheria
Political blogger and digital strategist Pauline Njoroge has taken a swipe at Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi.
This is after the MP blasted archbishop Anthony Muheria who led catholic bishops across the country in criticising the government.
The bishops held a press briefing on Thursday where they called out the government for various issues facing the country such as corruption, abductions, lies and over taxation.

In response, MP Oscar Sudi singled out bishop Muheria among the other bishops and accused him of preaching the gospel while he was fanni g tribalism.
Sudi also accused the bishop of double speak and claimed the man of God used to support the Uhuru regime despite all its failures.
“It is dumbfounding to see Archbishop Anthony Muheria preaching the gospel on one hand and fanning tribalism on the other hand. Muheria lacks moral authority to criticise the current regime because he is akin to doublespeak. The cleric is on record for backing the past regime even when it was clear it had failed Kenyans and must be bold enough to steer away from tribal politics,” the Kapseret MP stated.
Responding to Oscar Sudi, Pauline Njoroge praised the bishop and said he is admitted due to his integrity and love for the country.

The blogger has called out MP Sudi for regarding the bishop as tribalist for criticising the Ruto government.
Archbishop Anthony Muheria is a man we respect and have immense admiration for as a nation. A man of integrity and full of love for country. The statement from Sudi calling him a tribalist was baseless and totally uncalled for. While giving honor to whom honor is due, we can respectfully argue and debate on issues, or even clarify them if we so wish. But name calling and stereotyping is totally out of order,” she said.
