Win For Former Ruto DP Rigathi as MT Kenya Professionals, Elders, Lawyers Raise 100 Million for Him

The Standard newspaper is reporting that over 150 Professionals, Lawyers and youths together with businessmen met this week to raise over 100 million which will go towards assisting the former deputy president in his case against Ruto and his deputy Kithure over his impeachment.
This latest political developments seen as a major boost for the ousted deputy president Rigathi Gachagua who recently announced that he will give the way forward to the community after his impeachment which greatly affected his career and community.
The meeting that happened in Nairobi is said to have been attended by captains of industries from Mount Kenya who have vowed to ensure that they stand in solidarity with the former deputy president who has instructed his battery of lawyers to carry on with the case.
The removal of the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua was received with rage from leaders from Mt Kenya who said that the head of state President William ruto went against the agreement that was signed in 2022.
Gachagua is said to be teaming up with Kalonzo and Eugene wamalwa ahead of the next general election which is expected to witness raised Political temperatures.
