According to available sources of news, allegations have emerged that impeched Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s legal team is strongly criticizing Justices Eric Ogola, Fred Mugambi and Anthony Mrima. This comes a week after the judges declined to halt Gachagua’s impeachment process.
The legal team has argued that the said judges however convened a sitting yesterday for the hearing and consideration of an applications from the Attorney General and Parliament to throw out orders stopping Kindiki’s swearing.Just a week ago, the three judges rejected a request to stop Gachagua’s impeachment in the National Assembly.
