Kalonzo Musyoka Shows Off His Football Skills During A Football Tournament In Mwingi

Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka joined Senator Enoch Wambua this afternoon for the Finals of the Kiio Wambua Foundation Football Tournament at Musila Gardens, Mwingi Central.Kalonzo praised the event as a major success since its inception, stating that it has brought hope to vulnerable communities where there was once only despair.

He emphasized how the tournament aligns with the Foundation’s vision statement, “A Self-Reliant Community that enjoys the right to life and dignity.”

He quoted Nelson Mandela, saying, “It speaks to the youth in a language they understand.”

In his post, Kalonzo captioned, “Congratulations KWF. I believe that your initiatives will result in achieving your goal to alleviate poverty and promote self-reliance in vulnerable communities for a fair and just world.”

Earlier, as reported, Kalonzo Musyoka acknowledged the importance of the younger generation, stating that Gen Zs are his heroes and heroines as Kenya marked Mashujaa Day.He highlighted the contributions of Gen Zs and Millennials, celebrating them alongside those who contributed to the struggle for independence or made a positive impact in post-independence Kenya.

Kalonzo remarked, “A significant turning point in our 61-year history will be your bravery in the face of police brutality as you exercised your constitutionally guaranteed rights.”

These protests, which have recently taken place across Kenya, were unlike the usual political demonstrations.

They represented Kenyans’ frustrations over rising living costs, government corruption, foreign debt, and inflation.
