Hon. Edwin Mugo during his campaigns promised Mathioya residents that they would get 100% electricity connectivity if they elected him as their MP. True to his words, Dr. Mugo has began the process of ensuring residents get electricity.
On Tuesday, the legislature announced that Kirimahiga, Gatunguru, Umbui, and Njoguini Gichoco areas are already being connected with electricity.
He said the residents of these areas are happy because they have finally received his promise. The MP shared photos of a transit truck delivery dozens of electricity poles to the areas.
The MP has said he will ensure his constituents get good services under his regime. He has initiated several projects such as food distribution, medical checkup, distribution of bursaries for primary, secondary schools and universities and colleges.
