Accidents on the Kenyan roads have been on the rise in the recent past with the government urging motorists to always be careful to avoid these scenes.

Recklessness as well as non compliance to traffic regulations on the road on the part of some motorists have led to these nasty scenes.
Over a thousand Kenyans have lost their lives on the roads since the start of the year as per the data that we have with us from the National Transport and Safety Authority.
This evening, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from the busy Nakuru-Eldoret Highway, there has been a nasty accident involving a Tahmeed Bus that was bound for Nairobi.
The bus is said to have lost control and overturned several times on the busy highway this evening leaving several of the passengers dead.
The number of those that have lost their lives in the nasty accident is still unclear as per the reports that we have with us from the scene along the Eldoret-Nakuru Highway.
The cause of the accident that happened moments ago is unknown as rescue operations at the scene are still underway.
Tahmeed Bus has been involved in several other nasty accidents in the past as per the reports that we have with us from the roads.
The injured have been rushed to the hospital for treatment as a traffic snarlup has been experienced on the road as a result of the accident.
