Celebrated Kenyan comedienne Nasra Yusuf has today revealed to her fans that she has already begun her weight loss journey.

The funny Churchill Show comedienne infact made the disclosure on her Instagram stories, where she shared videos of herself while at the gym. One of the videos infact showed how she was doing some exercises on a treadmill.
According to Nasra Yusuf, her current weight is about 55 kgs. However she wants to hit the gym hard so she can lose about 15 kgs, because her ideal weight is 40 kgs.
“Kagaldem kako, iyo ni 55 kgs….yes I think I’m doing good but I need to be at 40 again” Nasra Yusuf said.

The sassy comedienne also shared that today is actually not her first day at the gym. She infact started working out about a month ago, and she has lost some 3 kgs already in that span.
Nasra Yusuf’s weight gain
Nasra Yusuf actually gained a lot of weight when she was pregnant in 2022. At the time she was expecting her first child with her now ex-hubby Rashid Abdalla.

At one time while she was still preggers, the funny woman even disclosed online how she was left surprised by her significant weight gain.
According to Nasra Yusuf, her weight had never gone past 45 kgs since she was born. However the pregnancy left her weighing 60.5 kgs, a gain of over 15 kgs.
“My whole life I’ve never weighed past 45 kgs ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ¤£ðŸ¤£ðŸ¤£…sai niko 60.5 kgs…weeehhhh…I’m shook 🤣🤣🤣🤣” she wrote then.
It should be noted however that Nasra Yusuf and her now ex-hubby Rashid Abdalla unfortunately ended up losing the unborn baby.
This was after the comedienne suffered a miscarriage due to pregnancy complications.
