The deputy president of the Republic of Kenya has landed in the county of murang’a where he was received by the area governor who is today lunching an initiative that is seeking to benefit school going children and women in the County.
The deputy president was accompanied by murang’a woman representative who recently met up with the head of state President William ruto at state house together with several top-ranking politicians from the Jubilee party.
Murang’a County bursary day is an event that has been initiated by the area governor irungu kangata to ensure that bursary is issued to all students in the county who are joining institutions of learning to perceive the Education. The governor King on a showing that no student remains at home as others are learning in school.
The deputy president acknowledging the effort put in place by the governor is saying that his initiative is part of ruto’s agenda of ensuring that schools and institutions of higher learning get the requisite monetary fund’s to run there activities.
