President William Ruto arrived in Bondo, Siaya County on his second-day visit to the Luo Nyanza region.He is accompanied by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.Upon arrivals the head of state was received by Siaya County governor James Orengo and Siaya Senator Oburu Odinga, elder brother to ODM leader Raila Odinga.

President Ruto is set to commission the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology Research Hub.

Later, He will attend the homecoming celebration of current Information, Communication and Technology Cabinet secretary Eliud Owallo at Rarieda Constituency.
