Beatrice Wangechi, the wife to George Mugikuyu (Big G) from Othaya has been found dead inside her house, Nyeri County.
Beatrice was found unresponsive in Nairobi on Tuesday morning, January 11, her family members told the press.
“It is true we have lost her. Family will issue a comprehensive statement later today (Tuesday),” said Beatrice’s Widower, who spoke in confidence.
In his school days, Beatrice was a talented actor and would later star in Kenya’s premiere soap.
He co-starred with household names such as Mishy Kessi and Popo.
Her husband described the death of his wife as a blow to his house and family citing his dedication to close family members and friends.
“He held the family together as I traversed the county. I delegated a lot of duties to her and she never let me down. She performed to the best of her ability and always consulted where the need arose,” said George.
The widowers described their 14 years in marriage as a pleasant journey of marital bliss during which they had beautiful kids.
“Beatrice lived a full life. Her love for me, my family, and people were unmatched. She touched the lives of thousands of people at County level and otherwise. She had a way of making everyone feel valued,” said George.
