A Popular Ugandan attorney Dr. David Matsanga made a hint of moments after the United Democratic Alliance Party Leader; Dr. William Ruto had launched his manifestation. This was done through various media channels in preparation for the August 2022 campaign platform.
On his Facebook page, Matanga claims that William Ruto’s manifesto is insufficient to persuade Kenyans to support him in the general elections on August 9.
Matanga said in his post that William Ruto’s Manifestation is not politically centered but just an MOU between a loan lender and the borrower. This is when he said that the SGR to Naivasha will be a root to collect hides and skins for expocollect.
