The Safari Rally that is being held in Naivasha is coming to a close this afternoon with the President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta being in attendance to close the official World Rally Championships.

The races are held annually in Naivasha for the next five years as per the reports that after the deal was signed in Naivasha last year after the race.
According to reliable reports this afternoon, a lady by the name of Maxine Wahome has won the race in Naivasha and has emerged victorious as per the reports that we have with us.
She beat her competition to complete the race as the winner in the race that has attracted thousands of Kenyans to the sleepy town of Naivasha for the last four days.
Maxine Wahome is said to have emerged top in the World Rally Championship-3 category where she beat her fellow Kenyans known as Jeremy Wahome as well as McRae Kimathi to 2nd & 3rd spots respectively.
This is the first time that she is racing in the championships and emerged top in her category since Friday as per the reports that we have with us.
