Meet Actress Wilbroda, her real name, education, career journey and family;
Wilbroda alias as Jacqueline Akinyi Joan Nyaminde is an actress, radio presenter, singer and MC who was born on 12th October 1983 in Nairobi County. She is the first born in a family of seven children.
About her education, Wilbroda went to Uhuru Gardens Primary School in Lang’ata. She then joined Koru Girls High school for her secondary education. After completing her secondary education she did a short course in film production before joining Kenya National Theatre.
About her career journey, Wilbroda started acting at Kenya National Theatre and she was travelling different places to perform high school set books. He later ventured into music as a back up artist. He worked with Eric Wainaina, Makadem, Iddi Achieng and among others. She later joined Papa Shilaradula show that aires on Citizen tv. She later got a call from Wachira Waruru the director of Royal Media Services and got an offer to join Radio Citizen. In 2019, she quited the job and moved to Media Max owned station known as Milele Fm and she also left Papa Shilaradula show.
About her family, Wilbroda is not yet married but she is blessed with a kid which is a boy know as Xolani Amin Okello whose father is called Francis Ngira Okello but they broke up.
