Popular Kikuyu benga musician John DeMathew has died.
Real name John Ng’ang’a, the artist died on Sunday night at Blue Post Thika, following a road accident.
According to police, his car rammed a lorry from behind. It is unclear whether DeMathew was a passenger or the one behind the wheel.
