Willy Paul has finally caught the attention of Alaine.
On Wednesday, the controversial gospel-turned-secular hitmaker had social media buzzing after his heartfelt plea to the Jamaican songbird to unblock him on Instagram. The singer went as far as suggesting that Alaine might have done away with him because of his recent shenanigans with Tanzania’s Nandy.
“I woke up today feeling some type of way, you use to like my pics and comment on them.. nowadays I call you and you dont pick.. you dont even reply to my messages.. tell me have I wronged you in any way? No I don’t think so, like I said, I had so much hope in this.. you came to Kenya the other day n didn’t bother looking for me, I was forced to look for you.. what happened after that?? You blocked me..,” Willy Paul wrote in part.
“Plus one more thing, there’s a female artist from Tanzania by the name Nandy. Me and her are just friends…. nothing more… that shouldn’t even worry you dear..Madam boss please talk, unblock me, this silence is killing POZZE, you know who ur legit king is..”
Yesterday, a preachy Alaine finally responded telling Willy Paul everything will be alright and even proposed another collabo.
“It is all about the music, and specifically, all about God. Thanking Him for all His blessings, despite obstacles, despite enemies, in spite of ourselves. We know HE has a plan for us to prosper us and to give us a future with hope. We know how far He’s taken us and trust Him with the future. One thing is for sure.. we have great musical chemistry…. so… what do you think ?….. one more song??? Let’s unblock some blessings…” she wrote.
But Willy Paul was still not entirely happy about Alaine’s response.
“Thank you guys for helping me deliver my message to @alainesinga she responded but not what I wanted to hear.. but I’m glad I’ve been unblocked and we are now good.. thank you. Ameileta tena side ya mzikii sana manze badala ya ile mambo ya mkunaji.. anyway, it’s all good.. would you love to see us do another one??”
