Deputy President William Ruto continues to charm his way to the House on the hill.
The DP on Tuesday left quite a handful of youthful netizens impressed when he hosted the renowned FBI dance group at his office in Karen. The ‘Focus Beyond Imagination’ dance crew paid the DP a visit courtesy of the Creative Economy team led by Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) boss Ezekiel Mutua.
The dancers are set to represent Kenya in yet another global dance competition – the World Dance Competition in the USA slated for August.
According to FBI, DP Ruto vowed to support them as they represent Kenya at the world hip-hop dance competition in Phoenix, AZ.
Ruto additionally urged the Kenyan youth to seize the opportunity of the creative economy.
“We are supporting youth to exploit their talents, harness skills to earn a living, especially for young people engaged in sports as a commercial activity. They are our brand ambassadors; we take pride in their achievements and positioning the country as a force in global sport,” said Ruto in a tweet on Tuesday.
The second in command also posted pictures mingling with the crew and busting some dance moves. Ruto also looked the part clad in the dance crew’s striking black uniform.
