Target has been doing a great job of being progressive in front and behind the scenes. One of three officers at Target is a person of color, and the company has a goal of increasing their representation of color by 20% when 2023 hits.
Clothing wise, Target is as inclusive as it comes. Recently the company announced that social media star Tabitha Brown will be having her size-inclusive clothing line launched. The brand will have both standard and plus sizes ranging from XXS through 26W. This is proof in the pudding on how inclusive Target is.
