Kim Kardashian is one of the most famous people on the planet, but amazingly, she’s been pretty successful in her efforts to keep certain aspects of her life private.
Take her relationship with Pete Davidson, for example.
These two started hooking up when Kim hosted Saturday Night Live way back in October of 2021.
These days, the relationship appears to be quite serious — but for as much as the whole world talks about Kim and Pete, we don’t actually know a whole lot about their A-list romance.
Pretty much the only time we get any verified information about these two is when Kim decides to throw us a bone by posting some pics of Pete on her Instagram page.
For the past few weeks, Davidson has been absent from her page, and distressed fans jumped to the conclusion that Kim and Pete had broken up.
But as is so often the case, the most dramatic theory did not turn out to be the accurate one.
We now know that Pete was in Australia making a movie.
Now that he’s back from Down Under, he and Kim have picked up right where they left off, and are once again posting pics that confirm she’s still enjoying his BDE.
In fact, this time around, the couple is treating fans to something special.
The pics that Kim posted on Monday might be the most personal photos that we’ve yet seen from her relationship with Pete.
Much has been made of the fact that Davidson is shirtless in most of the pics, but there’s intimacy here that goes beyond mere semi-nudity.
Many fans have commented that it seems like Kim and Pete are allowing the public an inside view of their relationship for the first time.
And the images resulted in some very specific questions from members of Kim’s inner circle.
“Do you guys have a foot fetish too?” Khloe Kardashian was quick to ask.
Sadly, neither Kim nor Pete replied to that interesting query.
“Happy looks great on you,” Khloe’s BFF Malika Haqq commented.
“So happy for you!” Kim’s former BFF Paris Hilton added.
You get the idea.
With the obvious exception of Kanye West and his supporters, the entire celebrity world is thrilled for Kim and Pete.
And why shouldn’t they be?
Kim spent six years married to Kanye West, who seemed to have a scowl on his face in just about every photo of the two of them.
Now she’s with Pete, who’s pretty much the anti-Kanye.
Davidson has faced his share of criticism over the years, but no one can accuse the guy of taking himself too seriously.
When Kim and Pete first started dating, people talked about them like they were the ultimate odd couple, but when you really stop and think about it, this relationship makes perfect sense.
After years with a self-obsessed, self-serious artiste Kim just wanted to hang out with a goofy comic who’s famous for his lack of ego.
And since the best romantic relationships start out as friendships, one thing led to another, and here we are.
We’re not saying we would have predicted this, but at the same time, somehow, it’s not all that surprising.
