After being comfortable in the sidelines for many years, iconic audio brand Bowers & Wilkins is shifting focus towards the Indian market by launching three new products in the market. The T7 Bluetooth speaker as well as the second generation of the P5 and C5 headphones will aim to make the five-decade-old company’s experience and learning from high-end audio to a larger audience. The P5 Series 2 is the second generation of the first P5 headphone the company launched for the mobile users. The new headphone is a on-ear design with a unique 40-inch driver and costs Rs 23,500.

Sony India has announced the launch of its new compact wireless speaker called PumpX (SRS-X2). These wireless speakers support both Bluetooth and Near Field Communication (NFC). Plus, users cantake calls using the built-in microphone. Sony claims to deliver a battery life ranging from five to twelve hours. The PumpX comes in a rugged design and is small enough to fit in the hand and has a frequency response of up to 20 kHz. PumpX (SRS-X2) Ultra-compact Wireless Speakers will be available at Sony Center and major electronic stores across India. It is available in Black, White and Red colour options and comes along with a carrying pouch and charger.

Tata Photon Walky gives wireless landline users an opportunity to surf internet by creating a simultaneous Wi-Fi hotspot. Tata Photon Walky addresses the internet needs of multiple users including smartphone customers at home or on the move with a single device. Tata Photon Walky device is priced at Rs 2099 and comes with a monthly tariff plan starting from Rs 499 for 3 GB data and 300 local or STD minutes going up to Rs 999 for 8 GB data.

Micromax has launched two affordable 3G smart phones under its BOLT series -Bolt S300 and Bolt D320. The Bolt S300 smartphone will be available at a price of Rs 3,300 while the company is yet to announce the price of Bolt D320. Micromax Bolt S300 comes with a 1GHz processor, 512 MB RAM, the Micromax Bolt S300 comes with Dual SIM support. Sporting a 4-inch WVGA display, the Bolt S300 runs on Android 4.4.3 KitKat OS and is powered by a 1200 mAh battery and 32GB expandable memory.
